Murderdolls Reunion 2027: Wednesday 13 Resurrects Horror-Punk Favorites for Graspop

November 7, 2026

Written By Caine Blackthorn

Murderdolls reunion 2027 is officially on the calendar, and the horror-punk band’s next appearance will carry more emotional weight than a standard festival comeback. Wednesday 13 and the family of late co-founder Joey Jordison confirmed on November 6 that Murderdolls will perform at Graspop Metal Meeting in Dessel, Belgium, in June 2027.

The announcement ends years of uncertainty about whether the group would ever return under the Murderdolls name. It also raises one big question: what will this band look like without Jordison, whose larger-than-life musical personality helped make the project possible?

The festival runs June 17–20, 2027. Wednesday 13 shared a brief teaser announcing Murderdolls’ return, while Jordison’s family separately confirmed the booking. Both posts drew on “Slit My Wrist,” the opener from the band’s 2002 debut, Beyond the Valley of the Murderdolls.

That album reaches its 25th anniversary in 2027. A set celebrating its twisted blend of horror imagery, sleazy hooks and punk attitude would make sense, but no official setlist or wider tour has been announced.

Who will play in Murderdolls in 2027?

Here’s the detail fans should watch: an official 2027 lineup has not yet been announced. Previous members Acey Slade and Eric Griffin have been mentioned in coverage of the comeback, but expectations are not confirmations. The confirmed announcement concerns the live appearance itself, not a complete roster, new record or additional dates.

Murderdolls’ last onstage reunion took place in 2018 at a tribute event honoring former drummer Ben “The Ghoul” Graves. Jordison died in 2021. Whatever comes next, the project’s return will inevitably be viewed through the history of both musicians.

The Murderdolls reunion 2027 story is already compelling without inventing a full-scale comeback. One confirmed festival performance, a famous catalog approaching a milestone and an unanswered lineup question are more than enough to warrant attention.
