UNLEASH YOUR METALHEAD HOROSCOPE: ZODIAC FATE WEEK OF SEPTEMBER

September 28, 2026

Written By Sabbatha Ashvale

Metalhead Horoscope By Metal Lair – The Weekly Forecast

The week of September 28 through October 4, 2026, comes in loud.

Venus stations retrograde in Scorpio on October 3, forcing every sign to take a hard look at relationships, intimacy, money, old attachments, and the emotional wreckage nobody wanted to admit was still sitting backstage.

September 28 brings the Sun in Libra into contact with Uranus retrograde in Gemini, cracking open new perspectives and throwing a few unexpected breakdowns into the set.

On September 30, Mercury enters Scorpio, and suddenly surface-level chatter is useless. Secrets, buried motives, instinct, suspicion, and the things nobody says out loud start pushing their way to the front of the stage.

October 2 brings Mercury square Pluto retrograde, which can turn conversations intense fast. Hidden power struggles, control issues, grudges, and emotional pressure may come roaring through the monitors.

Then October 3 hits, and Venus turns retrograde in Scorpio. That’s where the old ghosts start walking back into our lives.

Past relationships. Unfinished business. Old flames. Money choices that need another look. Emotional patterns you thought were dead but apparently had one more encore left in them.

At first glance, the chart looks almost suspiciously balanced. Peaceful, even. Then you look at the planetary connections and the whole thing turns into a wall of distortion.

Half the planets are retrograde, giving this week a strange stop-start energy. Progress is possible, but nothing is moving in a straight line. The chart we’re dealing with right now is unusual enough to make even seasoned astrology nerds lean closer to the speaker stack.

The bigger message underneath all that cosmic feedback is simple: everybody has something they’re naturally built to do. A talent. A skill. A strange little weapon in the arsenal. This week wants you to use yours. Not someday. Now.

Cancer Sign Roast: The Elitist

Cancer doesn’t just like metal. Cancer has standards, and unfortunately for everyone else, those standards come with a tribunal.

Tell them you love Metallica and they’ll immediately ask, “Which era?” Say The Black Album and watch the disappointment settle over their face like stage fog.

Cancer is hypersensitive too, so criticizing one of their sacred bands isn’t just an opinion. It’s betrayal. You say, “I never really got into early Opeth,” and three months later they’re still bringing it up during an unrelated conversation about parking.

They also love underground bands right up until those bands get popular.

“Oh great, TikTok found them.”

Now Cancer is acting like the scene has been invaded by tourists.

And the grudges? Legendary. A vocalist did something stupid in 2011? Blacklisted for life. Someone talked through their favorite song once? That person now lives permanently in Cancer’s internal hall of shame.

But here’s the irritating part: Cancer usually knows their shit. They care deeply, support bands hard, remember everything, and treat music like blood ties.

So yes, they’re moody, territorial, suspicious, and capable of gatekeeping a band with 600 monthly listeners. But if Cancer says, “You need to hear this band,” you should probably listen.

Just don’t tell them you like the popular album best. That’s how wars start.

Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 19)

Metalhead Horoscope For Aries

The Weekly Horoscope for Aries comes in with pure forward-motion energy, the kind that feels like the house lights just went down and somebody kicked the first riff into gear.

This week is about doing now what future-you is going to need already standing later. The retrogrades are dragging your attention away from the usual ME-first charge and forcing you to think more in terms of WE, which means relationships, partnerships, alliances, and the people actually sharing the stage with you.

This can bring existing bonds tighter or open the door to new connections, but don’t let the social buzz turn into sloppy execution. Details matter.

What you say matters. What you promise matters. Your intuition is running hot too, so if the room feels wrong before anybody says a damn thing, trust the signal coming through the amps.

Your Lucky Song of The Week: Tom Morello – They Can’t Kill Us All

Taurus (Apr 20 – May 20)

Metalhead Horoscope For Taurus

The weekly Horoscope for Taurus says quit standing around the merch table and get your hands dirty.

This is one of those weeks where effort feeds momentum, so the more you actually finish, fix, build, or drag across the finish line, the stronger you’ll feel.

Your passions are running loud as hell too, especially around love and romance, which can make this a killer week for connection, chemistry, and bringing some heat back into your personal life.

The warning is impulse. Don’t throw emotional furniture through the window just because you felt something at full volume for thirty seconds. Think about the fallout before you act. The deeper theme is improving your relationships, not detonating them because the adrenaline sounded convincing.

Your Lucky Song of The Week: Scarlean – Tearing Me Apart

Gemini (May 21 – Jun 20)

Metalhead Horoscope For Gemini

The Weekly Horoscope for Gemini is basically handing you the mic and saying, “You talked about it. Now play the damn song.” This week is about follow-through. Say what you’re going to do, then do it, finish it, and put your name on it.

The chart has excellent potential for progress, and the more action you take, the more other people may start wanting to join the project, back the idea, or help carry the gear.

One solid move can lead directly into another, opening doors you couldn’t see from the parking lot.

Just don’t get clever enough to cross lines you know shouldn’t be crossed. The opportunities are real, but so are the consequences. The chart expects you to show up like somebody worth headlining a tour.

Your Lucky Song of The Week: Revocation – Data Corpse

Cancer (Jun 21 – Jul 22)

Metalhead Horoscope For Cancer

The Weekly Horoscope for Cancer has that ugly little backstage vibe where everybody suddenly seems to have an opinion about what you’re doing. Challenges, pushback, arguments, or resistance may show up this week, but don’t automatically assume that means you’re headed the wrong way.

Sometimes the crowd gets loudest when you’re finally onto something worth hearing. This is heavily transformational energy, and it can drag old opportunities, forgotten possibilities, or unfinished business back out of storage for another shot.

With so many retrograde planets sitting high in your chart, though, your smartest move is to keep a lower profile. Don’t waste energy trying to win every argument in the venue.

Keep your head down, handle your own set, and get the work done while everybody else is busy making noise.

Your Lucky Song of The Week: Conspyre – Razorblades And Reveries

Leo (Jul 23 – Aug 22)

Metalhead Horoscope For Leo

The Weekly Horoscope for Leo has the cosmic equivalent of a stage covered in cables, cases, half-built risers, and people yelling during soundcheck.

With the retrograde planets crowding the top half of your chart, things may feel more complicated than they have any right to be, but underneath the mess, long-term progress is being built.

Old conditions that have stalled you are starting to break apart, and this energy can plant the seeds for stronger prosperity, better social standing, and improved financial positioning later. The key is not trying to force the headliner slot before the stage is ready. Let the old structure collapse where it needs to collapse.

Meanwhile, the faster planets below are helping your social life and connections improve. It may look chaotic from the pit, but the crew is still building something useful.

Your Lucky Song of The Week: Grand Harvest – Enter Azrael

Virgo (Aug 23 – Sep 22)

Metalhead Horoscope For Virgo

The Weekly Horoscope for Virgo is operating like a band rebuilding its entire rig behind a closed curtain. Most of the positive movement is happening out of sight, which may irritate you because you’d rather have a checklist, a flashlight, and somebody explaining exactly what cable goes where.

With all that activity around your solar eighth house, though, this is not lightweight energy. It is demanding completion. Responsibilities, obligations, loose ends, neglected tasks, and all the boring crap nobody wants to deal with are piling up like gear after a three-band local show.

Waiting for someone else to clean it up won’t work because, congratulations, you’re the crew. The payoff here is elevation and stronger status, but you don’t get there through shortcuts. You get there through sustained effort and dealing with the real problem underneath the cosmetic one.

Your Lucky Song of The Week: Death Cassette – Cheaper To Die

Libra (Sep 23 – Oct 23)

Metalhead Horoscope For Libra

The Weekly Horoscope for Libra says the polite little patch jobs have officially stopped working. Personal interactions may feel more difficult than they should this week, and old problems can start roaring through the monitors again because nobody ever fixed the source.

The chart is pushing you beyond temporary fixes, fake harmony, and emotional duct tape. This is about identifying what’s actually broken in relationships, partnerships, and ongoing situations and doing something real about it. Your part matters most.

Repair what belongs to you, and stop waiting for everybody else to suddenly discover emotional maturity backstage.

The interesting part is that these conditions can create new alliances and partnerships once the dead weight gets stripped away. This week is less about keeping the peace and more about making the whole damn system stop feeding back.

Your Lucky Song of The Week: Knife – Shadows

Scorpio (Oct 24 – Nov 22)

Metalhead Horoscope For Scorpio

The Weekly Horoscope for Scorpio is brutal in one very specific way: it knows exactly how tempting it is to blame somebody else.

With so much activity in your solar sixth house, scapegoats may appear everywhere, and the retrogrades make it even easier to point at the drummer, the sound guy, the promoter, your ex, or whichever poor bastard wandered into range.

But deep down, you already know this week is about your own power, your own abilities, and what you’re actually willing to do with them.

The energy is trying to elevate your status and influence, but that doesn’t happen if you keep waiting for somebody else to fix the busted amp.

Put more of your talent to work, especially in ways that help both you and the people around you. This takes focus, persistence, and the willingness to stay in the song after the easy riff is over.

Your Lucky Song of The Week: Crown Magnetar – Torture Engine

Sagittarius (Nov 23 – Dec 21)

Metalhead Horoscope For Sagittarius

The Weekly Horoscope for Sagittarius is here to remind you that the greatest riff in the world means nothing if it never leaves the demo.

You can have brilliant plans, ambitious ideas, and ten pages of notes, but this week demands movement. That doesn’t mean sprinting blindly into the pit either. You need an action plan before you launch, and commitments need to mean something.

If you say you’re doing it, do it. If you agree to something, follow through. The strongest part of this chart is pushing you toward what you naturally do best, and the more you treat your work like something worth signing your name to, the stronger the result. Just don’t try to headline, run lights, sell merch, book the tour, and drive the van at the same time. Too much too soon is still too much.

Your Lucky Song of The Week: Clutch – Wasted Lands

Capricorn (Dec 22 – Jan 19)

Metalhead Horoscope For Capricorn

The Weekly Horoscope for Capricorn turns the spotlight straight onto you, and you can’t hide behind the stacks.

This week is about putting more of your own talents, abilities, and ideas to work instead of waiting for ideal conditions or somebody else to take the first step.

New plans can start moving now, but the retrogrades won’t let you get too far ahead of yourself, which is actually useful. They’re forcing you to build the thing properly instead of rushing out a half-finished demo and calling it an album.

Much of this energy is focused on what you can accomplish through your own effort, discipline, and structure. The process may be demanding, but the rewards can justify the grind.

You’re also being pushed into a leadership role, so carry yourself like somebody the rest of the band can actually rely on when the power goes out.

Your Lucky Song of The Week: All Shall Perish – Led To Slaughter

Aquarius (Jan 20 – Feb 18)

Metalhead Horoscope For Aquarius

The Weekly Horoscope for Aquarius says following the crowd is a fantastic way to end up wherever the crowd got lost.

This week is about personal breakthroughs, independent thinking, and making moves based on what you can actually accomplish instead of whatever everybody else is yelling from the nose bleeds.

Agreements need to be clear, preferably written down, because retrograde energy has a nasty habit of turning “we agreed on this” into “I never said that.” Protect yourself from future stupidity.

The chart also places you in a position of leadership, but not the chest-beating kind. This is the kind of leadership where people trust you because you know what the hell you’re doing, you don’t panic when the set goes sideways, and you’re the one who remembered where the spare cables are.

Your Lucky Song of The Week: Lucifena – Coming In

Pisces (Feb 19 – March 20)

Metalhead Horoscope For Pisces

The Weekly Horoscope for Pisces wants you to stop trying to play the entire setlist at once. Handle one thing, finish it properly, then move to the next.

You may have to adapt when circumstances change, but your real power this week comes from staying on track and building momentum through a chain of completed wins. One finished task becomes another, then another, until suddenly you’ve got more progress than the person who spent all week talking about their “big plans.”

When you focus on personal excellence, both in what you do and how you deal with other people, this chart shows real potential for stronger positioning, better relationships, and an improved overall quality of life.

The main challenge is releasing old negativity from the past. That song already ended. Stop dragging the dead encore into the next set.

Your Lucky Song of The Week: NervoChaos – Lorde dos Mortos

This week isn’t asking anybody to become a different person. It’s asking you to stop playing your own life at half volume.

With Venus retrograde in Scorpio dragging old relationships, old desires, old financial habits, and old emotional wounds back under the stage lights, there’s no point pretending you can’t hear the feedback.

The stuff that comes back around now is showing you where the wiring still needs work so pay attention to what gets louder.

Pay attention to who still belongs in the band and who hasn’t been pulling their weight.

The retrogrades may slow things down, twist the road, or make progress feel like hauling a full stack up three flights of stairs, but that doesn’t mean nothing is moving. Some weeks are about acceleration. This one is about recalibration.

Tune the damn instrument, replace the broken cable and cut the dead weight. Then when the universe finally counts you in again, hit the first note like you mean it.

Metalhead Horoscope F.A.Q.

Q: Are these horoscopes real astrology or just jokes for metalheads?

A: Both. The horoscopes come from actual astrological forecasts, but the language is written in pure metalhead tongue- in-cheek because you deserve prophecy that sounds like a pit, not a PTA meeting.

Q: How do we pick the Lucky Song of the Week?

A: Each track is hand picked to echo the week’s cosmic vibe. If Mars is throwing horns, expect riffs sharp enough to cut steel. If the Moon is weeping in Virgo, you’ll get a track that slays with precision. No boring playlists, no cookie cutter picks. Just new drops, deep cuts and cult classics.

Q: Can metal really mix with astrology?

A: Of course. Both are about cycles, transformation, and intensity. Astrology tells you where the stars are screaming and metal tells you how to scream back.

Q: Why should I care about astrology if I only worship riffs and distortion?

A: Because the cosmos is basically the ultimate tour manager that’s setting the stage, flipping the lights, and sometimes cancelling the gig. You don’t have to believe in it to bang your head to it.

Q: Do we take requests for Lucky Songs in our horoscopes?

A: Absolutely. Drop your ideas in the comments or shoot us a message. We might just spin your favorite band into the cosmic setlist next week.

Q: Does Metal Lair have other series like this?

A: Yes! Metal Lair runs several signature series that explore every corner of heavy music:

  • Seven Deadly Songs – A weekly roundup of the most unholy new releases.
  • Deep Cuts: Metal’s Hidden Gems and lost recordings from rock and metal history.
  • A Rip in Time: Women in Metal – A series celebrating the voices, pioneers, and rule-breakers reshaping heavy music’s DNA
  • World Metal Weekly – A global passport through the underground, one country at a time.
  • Ministry of Metal – A satirical authority devoted to the laws, rituals, and unspoken rules of heavy music. Features proclamations, decrees, cultural edicts, metal lore, and an original comic book series, all delivered with humor and bite.
  • Metal Legacy Profiles – Deep dive essays honoring artists who shaped metal’s sound, culture, and philosophy. These aren’t timelines or greatest-hits lists, but examinations of impact, conflict, evolution, and what each figure left behind.
  • Road Riffs: Metal On The Map – We take metal beyond the speakers and onto the highway, exploring legendary venues, scene-defining cities, historic landmarks, local haunts, and travel stops tied to real
metal scenes around the world that every metalhead should experience.
