UNLEASH YOUR METALHEAD HOROSCOPE: ZODIAC FATE WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 21-27

September 21, 2026

Written By Sabbatha Ashvale

Metalhead Horoscope By Metal Lair – The Weekly Forecast

There’s a strong get-off-your-ass energy running through the atmosphere, the kind that rewards action more than endless planning. Ideas are great. Plans are useful. But if they never leave the notebook, rehearsal room, group chat or back of your skull, they’re just riffs nobody ever recorded.

The overall pattern feels balanced in the strangest possible way. Half the machinery is pulling backward, forcing us to review, rethink and clean up unfinished business, while the other half is stomping on the gas. It’s basically a band trying to load out while somebody is still soundchecking.

As Libra season begins, the volume shifts toward relationships, cooperation and figuring out how to make the most of the people and resources already around us.

This isn’t about everybody holding hands around a bonfire and singing power ballads. It’s about knowing who is actually in your corner, who pulls their weight, and where a little compromise can keep the whole machine running.

The mood should feel lighter and more social. Pay attention to what people are carrying. A little awareness goes a long way this week.

At the same time, the slower-moving forces are keeping us from jumping ahead on our setlist and getting ahead of ourselves.

Stay close to what’s right in front of you. With hoodie season rolling in, attention naturally turns toward home, family, friends and the people who make your life feel less like a never-ending load-in. Think small victories.

Stack enough of those little wins together and eventually you’ve built something with enough weight and momentum to be damn hard to stop.

Gemini Sign Roast: The Purist

Gemini, you’re the metal purist who spends Monday declaring a band dead because they added clean vocals, Wednesday explaining why the clean vocals are actually genius, and Friday insisting you never hated them in the first place.

Your standards aren’t lowering. They’re just moving around the room faster than everyone else can keep up.

Your definition of ‘real metal’ has more lineup changes than Megadeth. You’ll defend your favorite band like family, trash their new record like they personally betrayed you, then spend three hours explaining why everybody else misunderstood it.

Somehow you’re both the most opinionated person in the room and the one most willing to hear a new band or genre.

🤬 GOT A METALHEAD COMPLAINT?

“People roundhouse-kicking” in the pit grinding your gears?

Gatekeepers questioning whether you’re “metal enough”?

Frustrated with getting hit in the head peoples smelly shoes at a concert?

Whatever’s poisoning your particular corner of the metal community, file an unofficial complaint with The Metal Lair Complaint Department.

Vent all your venom. Name the offense. Make your case.

Your complaint could be featured in next week’s issue of The Metal Lair Complaint Department.

Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 19)

Metalhead Horoscope For Aries

This week wants Aries in the pit. Roll up your sleeves, put your earbuds in and get to work, because the more you accomplish, the stronger and more energized you’re likely to feel.

People are noticing too, especially the ones who have procrastinated and made excuses while you quietly finish the album.

That kind of reliability carries weight right now. It can raise your online presence professionally, socially or both, because people are starting to recognize that when you say you’ll do something, you usually deliver.

There’s also a warmer side to this pattern. Your willingness to show up and follow through can pull people closer and strengthen relationships without you having to force anything.

Your Lucky Song of The Week: Architects – Machine

Taurus (Apr 20 – May 20)

Metalhead Horoscope For Taurus

Taurus, stop trying to headline three festivals at once. You’re putting way too much pressure on yourself, and that’s how good work turns into a shitshow.

Before you throw yourself into the next project, lock down the details, make sure the foundation is solid, and don’t rush the execution. This week rewards precision, not chaos. If you’re going to do it, do it like you’re laying down the final take, not half-assing a rehearsal.

At the same time your social life is looking great. Pay close attention to your instincts this week too. Something underneath the obvious surface may be telling you where to go, who to trust or what deserves another look. Your internal bullshit detector is running hot.

Your Lucky Song of The Week: Nytt Land – Ritual of Stone

Gemini (May 21 – Jun 20)

Metalhead Horoscope For Gemini

Gemini does best this week around other people, especially the ones who are into different music than you.

Different opinions, tastes, strange conversations and unexpected comments can spark ideas you never would have reached alone.

Sometimes one throwaway sentence becomes the riff that changes the whole record. Keep things light, curious and open.

This is not the week to turn every conversation into a cage match over gatekeeping politics. Listen more. Absorb more. Let people surprise you.

There may also be new money opportunities coming into view, so pay attention to casual conversations that suddenly sound useful.

Just don’t sell off pieces of yourself to grab them. Your standards and integrity matter more than short-term applause.

Your Lucky Song of The Week: Cenobia – Constellation

Cancer (Jun 21 – Jul 22)

Metalhead Horoscope For Cancer

Cancer should keep your eyes and ears open this week. Lyrics carry extra weight right now, there’s wisdom in becoming the quiet person eho listens backstage. You can learn a hell of a lot simply by watching how people behave when they think nobody is paying attention.

There’s plenty of energy and productivity happening, and the work you’re doing may finally get noticed, especially the things people have quietly taken for granted.

Stay flexible, some of the old methods simply aren’t going to work anymore, no matter how familiar or comfortable they feel. And if someone challenges you, don’t automatically read it as hostility.

Your Lucky Song of The Week: Thy Catafalque – Búcsú a piros madártól

Leo (Jul 23 – Aug 22)

Metalhead Horoscope For Leo

Leo may hit a few rough patches this week, but don’t mistake turbulence for disaster. There are bigger things unfolding underneath what’s being said and done, and one event is likely to trigger another. So resist the temptation to judge the whole album from the opening track.

The interesting part is that people around you may finally start realizing you weren’t talking out of your ass after all.

The predictions you warned peoole about earlier are beginning to make sense to everyone. That means people are paying closer attention to what you say and how you move.

Work out the details before charging into anything important. Once the plan is solid, action becomes your fuel. The more you accomplish, the stronger and more capable you’re likely to feel.

Your Lucky Song of The Week: Atavistia – In The Shadow of Tomorrow

Virgo (Aug 23 – Sep 22)

Metalhead Horoscope For Virgo

Virgo may feel like the universe has hidden the setlist and killed the monitor mix, but there’s more working in your favor than you realize.

Fresh starts and new chapters are beginning to take shape, even if they aren’t obvious yet.

One of the biggest themes this week is appreciation. Notice the people who show up. Notice what’s working. Express gratitude for what you already have instead of thinking about what you want.

Taking the good things in your life for granted is how you stop noticing when your life is actually changing. The other major issue is emotional control.

You don’t need unnecessary drama, reactive decisions or somebody else’s chaos becoming your full-time side project. If emotions start overheating, redirect the energy into something useful.

Your Lucky Song of The Week: Netherwilds – The Fall

Libra (Sep 23 – Oct 23)

Metalhead Horoscope For Libra

Libra, congratulations. The spotlight has found you. You’re giving off serious front person energy right now even if you were standing on the back of the stage.

People are paying closer attention to you which can feel annoying, flattering or mildly horrifying depending on the hour. But it also gives you a chance to show people exactly what you’re made of.

The bigger story is change. Some old methods simply aren’t going to function the way they once did. But don’t blindly trust every shiny new system either. Plenty of “revolutionary” ideas turn out to be a cheap pedal with fancy packaging.

And keep a relatively low profile when possible, because increased attention can attract envy from people who suddenly notice you’re getting opportunities, respect or recognition they wanted for themselves.

Your Lucky Song of The Week: Insomnium – Arch of The Sky

Scorpio (Oct 24 – Nov 22)

Metalhead Horoscope For Scorpio

Scorpio gets a little ego sandpaper this week. Not punishment. Perspective.

You may find yourself dealing with people you wouldn’t normally choose, and that can be useful. Don’t get so buried in details that you lose sight of what’s actually happening around you.

And definitely don’t expect everyone to agree with you just because you’re still listening to the same album on repeat.

The real task is getting back to the heart of your relationships. Strip away assumptions, old grudges, defensive armor and all the conversational distortion.

When you connect with people honestly, without trying to control the entire mix, bonds can become incredibly strong. Possibly stronger than you expected.

Your Lucky Song of The Week: Archspire – Limb of Leviticus

Sagittarius (Nov 23 – Dec 21)

Metalhead Horoscope For Sagittarius

Sagittarius should keep the volume down and the creativity up.

This is a week for quietly handling your business without broadcasting every move. Get things done, and more importantly, get them done correctly the first time. Nobody wants to rebuild the stage because somebody skipped three bolts.

There may also be some interesting reversals happening. Situations from the past that once looked like losses, failures or dead ends could begin turning in your favor. Don’t celebrate too early, though. Keep your plans relatively private while the situation develops.

Right now you’re learning more about the people around you, what motivates them, what they’re capable of, and where their loyalties actually live. That information may become extremely useful later.

Your Lucky Song of The Week: Dreadsight – Running With Knives

Capricorn (Dec 22 – Jan 19)

Metalhead Horoscope For Capricorn

Capricorn gets shoved under the stage lights this week whether you asked for it or not.

For the next few weeks, people in charge may suddenly start noticing you more, and the funny part is you might not even have to do anything dramatically different. Your work, reputation or general presence is simply landing harder right now.

So if someone offers you more responsibility, a bigger role, a promotion or a chance to step up, don’t automatically talk yourself out of it. Say yes. You may already be more prepared than you think.

The one thing to watch is tension with authority figures or family later in the week. Somebody may test your patience, especially around expectations, control or responsibility. Don’t take the bait.

Keep your cool, stay composed and let competence speak louder than irritation. Grace under pressure is your best weapon this week.

Your Lucky Song of The Week: Trivium – Dead Inside of Me

Aquarius (Jan 20 – Feb 18)

Metalhead Horoscope For Aquarius

Aquarius may run into a few unexpected obstacles this week, but don’t immediately start kicking the amp. Some of those disruptions could eventually turn out to be ridiculously useful.

Keep your focus on the bigger goals you actually care about and picture them clearly. Not vague someday bullshit. What do you want? What does it look like? What would you have to do to get there?

There’s serious potential for progress here, especially when you step into practical leadership instead of waiting for somebody else to take charge. And despite all the work energy, the social side is very much alive.

Romance is lurking backstage too. Something affectionate, flirtatious or emotionally interesting may be developing quietly where you least expect it. Success indicators are strong.

Your Lucky Song of The Week: Ministry – Singularity

Pisces (Feb 19 – March 20)

Metalhead Horoscope For Pisces

Pisces may feel like most of the important stuff is happening somewhere behind the curtain this week.

That gives you space to work on your own goals without everybody breathing down your neck.

The biggest danger is allowing old failures to convince you that new possibilities will end the same way. They won’t necessarily. Stop letting yesterday write reviews for music that hasn’t even been released yet.

Keep some of your ideas private for now. Other people may need time to understand what you already see. The general vibe is practical, grounded and surprisingly useful for forming new connections.

New friendships, collaborations or deeper bonds can begin taking shape. Pay attention to who enters your orbit. Very little happening right now feels random.

Your Lucky Song of The Week: Мещера – Ритуал

That’s your Metalhead Horoscope for September 21–27.

This week isn’t asking for perfection. It’s asking for movement, better judgment, stronger boundaries and enough self-awareness to know when to push harder and when to stop headbanging into the same brick wall.

Take the win where you can get it. Fix what’s broken. Say what needs saying. Keep the people who show up for you close, and stop wasting riffs on people committed to misunderstanding you.

And if the week goes completely off the rails? Turn it up, blame Mercury if it makes you feel better, and come back next week. Your fate may be written in the stars, but the volume knob is still yours.

Metalhead Horoscope F.A.Q.

Q: Are these horoscopes real astrology or just jokes for metalheads?

A: Both. The horoscopes come from actual astrological forecasts, but the language is written in pure metalhead tongue- in-cheek because you deserve prophecy that sounds like a pit, not a PTA meeting.

Q: How do we pick the Lucky Song of the Week?

A: Each track is hand picked to echo the week’s cosmic vibe. If Mars is throwing horns, expect riffs sharp enough to cut steel. If the Moon is weeping in Virgo, you’ll get a track that slays with precision. No boring playlists, no cookie cutter picks. Just new drops, deep cuts and cult classics.

Q: Can metal really mix with astrology?

A: Of course. Both are about cycles, transformation, and intensity. Astrology tells you where the stars are screaming and metal tells you how to scream back.

Q: Why should I care about astrology if I only worship riffs and distortion?

A: Because the cosmos is basically the ultimate tour manager that’s setting the stage, flipping the lights, and sometimes cancelling the gig. You don’t have to believe in it to bang your head to it.

Q: Do we take requests for Lucky Songs in our horoscopes?

A: Absolutely. Drop your ideas in the comments or shoot us a message. We might just spin your favorite band into the cosmic setlist next week.

Q: Does Metal Lair have other series like this?

A: Yes! Metal Lair runs several signature series that explore every corner of heavy music:

  • Seven Deadly Songs – A weekly roundup of the most unholy new releases.
  • Deep Cuts: Metal’s Hidden Gems and lost recordings from rock and metal history.
  • A Rip in Time: Women in Metal – A series celebrating the voices, pioneers, and rule-breakers reshaping heavy music’s DNA
  • World Metal Weekly – A global passport through the underground, one country at a time.
  • Ministry of Metal – A satirical authority devoted to the laws, rituals, and unspoken rules of heavy music. Features proclamations, decrees, cultural edicts, metal lore, and an original comic book series, all delivered with humor and bite.
  • Metal Legacy Profiles – Deep dive essays honoring artists who shaped metal’s sound, culture, and philosophy. These aren’t timelines or greatest-hits lists, but examinations of impact, conflict, evolution, and what each figure left behind.
  • Road Riffs: Metal On The Map – We take metal beyond the speakers and onto the highway, exploring legendary venues, scene-defining cities, historic landmarks, local haunts, and travel stops tied to real
metal scenes around the world that every metalhead should experience.
