Dying Fetus & Sanguisugabogg Announce Brutal Co-Headlining North American Tour

April 29, 2026

Caine Blackthorn

If you were hoping for subtlety this fall, look elsewhere.

Dying Fetus and Sanguisugabogg are teaming up for what’s shaping up to be one of the most punishing tour packages of the year, a full-scale North American run stacked with zero filler and a whole lot of damage.

The 32-date tour kicks off September 17 at Franklin Music Hall in Philadelphia and tears its way across the continent before wrapping October 24 in Richmond, Virginia. Expect a full loop: up through Canada, across the coasts, and back east leaving a trail of ringing ears and questionable life choices behind it.

Support is just as savage. Crowbar, Left to Suffer, and Deterioration will appear across most dates, with Montreal’s Scorching Tomb jumping in for the Canadian stops.

This isn’t one of those top-heavy lineups where you show up late and leave early. It’s stacked front to back.

Dying Fetus frontman John Gallagher didn’t exactly undersell it:

“This is the kind of bill we’re talking about. Crowbar and Deterioration are legends in their own right, Sanguisugabogg are leading the new breed, and Left to Suffer are one of the hottest rising heavy bands right now. We’re bringing all of it to 32 cities this fall—and we’re not holding anything back. See you in the pit.”

Translation: hydrate now.
