British atmospheric sludge/post-metal band Dimscûa have released the first instalment of their live session which was recorded inside St. Mary Magdalene’s Church, Boveney U.K.
This first video sees the band performing ‘Existence/Futility‘ from their debut album ‘Dust Eater‘, which was released earlier this year to much fanfare and praise from the press. Metal Hammer named it as one of the best albums of 2025 (so far).
The band sounds big on record, but this video demonstrates how the music is taken to a whole other level when you can see the band members pouring everything into their performance of this emotionally heavy music.
Dimscûa recently announced a long awaited physical release of Dust Eater, due out on 20th Feb 2026 via independent record label Big Scary Monsters. A second record is also planned for 2026, Dimscûa continue their pursuit of catharsis through volume and vulnerability. Proof that from the heaviest grief, the most powerful art can emerge.
