Believe In Nothing Turn Up The Heat With New Single

South Coast sludge metal merchants Believe in Nothing have released Boiling Stone, their latest in a barrage of singles, via Church Road Records on June 27th.

The British band, from Eastbourne, East Sussex, have served up a monumental slab of noise, which, according to the label: “…showcases their ability to be punishingly heavy and also how adept they are at creating dark and oppressive atmospheres. The lyrics touch upon horrors that day by day are starting to become more believable in the present timeline.”

Vocalist Caine Hemmingway elaborates: “Boiling Stone is a song about nuclear war. Focusing on the truly unimaginable horror, the inconceivable and cataclysmic effects on humans, and the earth we live in.”

It’s an uncomfortable subject matter, and an uncomfortable but ultimately rewarding listening experience. Believe in Nothing seek to establish themselves as “…the dissonant soundtrack to the bleak reality we exist in.” If you believe in nothing else, believe in them.
